1. I work for a school district/clinic/hospital.Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes we do.Please fax your purchase order to (520)795-8559, and we will process it as quickly as possible.Make sure to include all relevant contact information so that we can reach you if needed.

2.How do I calculate shipping charges?

For standard ground shipments, we charge 8.5% of the order subtotal, plus $3.00.For upgraded shipping (2-day, 3-day, or overnight), we charge the published UPS or FedEx rates as calculated at the time you place your order.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?

Orders can be paid with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express when placed on our website or over the phone.Personal checks and money orders are accepted, but must be received in our office before we can process the order.

4.How long will it take to receive my order?

In many cases your order will ship the same day we receive it, and virtually all orders ship within two business days.In the event an item is backordered, we will ship all available items on our regular schedule, with the backordered item shipping as soon as it is in stock.Note that we ship from our warehouse in Tucson, AZ, so the typical transit time to the east coast is five business days.

5. I am ordering from outside the U.S.Do you have a regional TalkTools distributor with whom I can place an order?

Several companies already serve as international distributors of TalkTools products, and more are on the way.Please consider ordering through one of them if they are near you, as you will save both time and money by doing so.

While we do have the capacity to ship orders outside the United States, the cost of doing so is often prohibitively high.For this reason we recommend you contact us by telephone so that we can get an accurate shipping cost at the time of your order (note that any unforeseen tariffs or additional charges are your responsibility).
