At ITI™/ TalkTools®, customer satisfaction is our first priority. Our products are designed and selected to meet the specific requirements of Sara R. Johnson’s oral-motor hierarchies and techniques, and we stand behind each of them. If for any reason one of our products does not meet with your needs or expectations, we will replace it or issue a refund for the original retail price.
Return Policy
Unopened and undamaged items, with the exception of DVDs, Books, and Program Manuals can always be returned for a full refund within 90 days of the original purchase date. Simply call our toll-free customer service line at (888) 529-2879 for your Return Authorization Number (RAN), then send the product(s) back to us along with a copy of your receipt and the RAN. We will issue a credit for the full price of the item, less shipping and handling charges, as soon as it arrives.
In the unlikely event an item is defective at the time you receive it or fails to operate for a “reasonable useful lifespan,” you can contact our customer service department for a free replacement. In most cases this replacement will be shipped the same day we are made aware of the issue. Sometimes we will ask that the defective product be returned to us; if this is the case, a Call Tag will be included when the replacement is sent, allowing you to return it at our expense rather than your own.
Educational DVDs that are damaged or fail to play may only be replaced with another copy of the same title or individual disk; refunds are not available for DVD purchases or rentals. |
