1. Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes - Purchase orders are accepted from businesses, schools, clinics, hospitals & universities. You may fax your purchase order to: (520)795-8559 or mail to: 3420 N. Dodge Blvd., Suite 148, Tucson, AZ 85716. Please include contact information so that we can reach you if needed.

2. How do I calculate shipping charges?

Shipping charges are current UPS or FedEx rates and are calculated at the time you check out.

3. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Personal checks and money orders are accepted when your order is mailed to our office.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

In most cases your order ships the next business day. In the event an item is backordered, the available items are shipped and backordered items are shipped as soon as they are in stock. Please Note: typical transit time from our Tucson warehouse to the east coast is 5 to 7 business days.

5. I am ordering from outside the U.S. Do you have a regional TalkTools distributor with whom I can place an order?

Several companies serve as international distributors of TalkTools products. Please consider ordering through one of our distributors if located near you. You will save both time and money by doing so.
